u must register though...
also u can translate the forum to english at the Account settings so its not a problem bout hte language
but to translates the messages its another link from google (as far as i can remember)... let me check it out ...
(i dont knw how AJ post the direct forums... i mean do u have the permission from TerryXP and Keichi? i hope so... if its not i have to ask the mods from here to edits your posts)
also u can download the Exceed theme with announcers and noteskins...
