Harmonix putting it as a code and calling it a 'cheat' when you put it in was a bad move, but it shows America's general view (as with playing 2x note on Supernova) that modifiers = cheating. Look at any youtube videos of people playing GH2 with hyperspeed and you'll find people calling them 'cheating fag' etc.

i play ddr/ItG and i am good. i use speed mods and they arnt considered cheating.

i plays 600 bpm's + if its below 400 i suck badly.
