Get rid of "DST Settings Updated"

It's so annoying. About 5 of the times I came here this week I get that popup saying "DST Settings Updated." It's especially annoying on my PSP, because it loads the Forum Index page, then goes to the popup, then has to re-load the index page again (and you know how the PSP browser is uber-slow). Maybe make it a Javascript popup instead?

It's something that's built into the forums. In order for us to change it, we would have to completely change the forums ourselves. Considering that we didn't write them in the first place, I don't see it happening. Sorry. Check your profile and make sure that your time settings are correct.
