An orderly way to advertise simfiles?

No I'm not just talking about in the signature, I mean like a forum.

Maybe if someone is working on a simfile pack, or sims from a specific anime, video game, etc. they can post a thread (and only 1 per member) advertising what sims they're working on, or already have uploaded.

And in that thread other's can post comments, offer suggestions (because frankly I don't think many people critque others in the "simulation" section) and even make requests as long as it pertains to the simfile pack.

Thoughts?
