Receive a PM/e-mail/whatever whenever someone comments on a video you uploaded

We're gonna be doing a bunch of stuff with the videos section in the near future. I think this is something we should be able to add.

Of all the choices, I think a quick pop-up might be the least invasive way of implimenting this. PM inbox only has room for 50 messages (and sent PMs count towards that :/), and frankly I get enough generic messages in my email as it is.

A quick popup, similar to what we do (did? I don't get them but it may be my popup blocker) for new PMs would be best because it doesn't really contribute to any inbox clutter.

Uh I'm storing 122 right now and that's after deleting ninety some-odd sent messages, which put me around half capacity

It seems that staff gets more than regular users. My max is 5000, but my alt (which I use for checking how random stuff works for non-staff) maxes out at 50.

The ability to add to this somehow is a pretty good idea, though
