Requesting Original (Usermade) Simfile subforum for promotion of user simfiles

Wouldn't both of those things raise the bar at least a little? Something tells me that when you are good at this and you are complimented, or even get neutral feedback, then you are more likely to work on new things. And if you suck, then you'll get bad comments/ratings on a general basis and either quit filling these servers with trash (oh my GOD) or start figuring out how to make good sims.

It seems like more than just two people want it. I'll show you other quotes, too.

I can't say I agree, or disagree with this. Especially coming from Zanaso... He's crushed me several times with his very unresonable comments. If they started doing this more people may start leaving negative feedback just becuase they don't like the song, or the user who stepped the song.

Now about this, would we get rewards for being good sim makers? Would we be punished if we submitted absolute CRAP? And you can't always trust people's opinions on simfiles. Some people are just jerks, and leave negative for stupid reasons, or no reason at all.

Getting good feedback definitly gives me the strength to make more sims though, and bad feedback just gets me peeved at the person, it dosen't change my ways.

One last thing: Isn't sponsoring a simfile basically promoting it anyway?

Woah man, that's not what this thread is for. Go to the original usermade simfiles thread, and ask. And if you want that song go search original files, and type in sonic. I know it's there, becuase I have it.

Not everyone reacts the same way, though and if a person is specific enough about how or why your (or anyone else's) simfile is crap, then the person on the receiving end of the insults could know what to fix.

And finally, do any moderators or administrators have anything to say about this feature request?

Well, one last thing. I think you should get tokens for sponsoring sims. Just like when you donate. I assume you don't, I didn't when I sponsored mine.

And sponsoring dosen't work anyway. I never get feedback. But whatever, you're the administrator.
