 Require people to link to a DWI/SM/stepfile when submitting?
Currently, it's optional to show the stepchart. I really think it should be required.. one benefit would be that it would save Bemanistyle bandwidth because people would no longer have to download the entire archive (including its music and video if included) just to see the stepchart. In turn, it also saves downloaders time. I've downloaded lots of stepfiles without a viewable stepchart only to delete the song afterwards because the chart isn't exceptionally good or doesn't cater to my difficulty. I'd think giving people the option of viewing the stepchart as a picture via the parser would save bandwidth. |
