Simfile Downloading Tools

I think it would be a good idea to create a "power Downloading" type tool. You could download all the songs (for people Like me) that haven't been download yet. you could be able to pick preferences like Artist, song name, foot rating, and so on.
if you used this tool it would NOT download ones already downloaded. SO any comments are appreciated.

The system was intentionally created so that people aren't able to do things like this.

This site goes through an absolutely insane amount of bandwidth per month, and if people were able to "power-download", then the server would take a huge hit on speed.

Yep, we simply can't afford to do anything like that. We can barely afford what we have now.

We do have the checkmark system so you can see what you have downloaded and what you haven't.

People should start donating more often nowadays......Why not give more options of donating money..like by money order or something.....:NOTE: I think the sponsoring a simfile is a good money maker.

The reason PayPal is the only way listed on the site right now is because it is the easiest to deal with, there's minimal management needed, and the fact that vBulletin ties in immediately with the system, meaning that when you make a donation, the forum knows about it within a minute or so. The rewards for donating are pretty great, and they are about as automatic as you can get, since PayPal and Bemanistyle are two completely separate entities.

I'd highly recommend donating, if you have the cash. Not only do you get some tokens (and other cool stuff), you get to help out Bemanistyle, which is the most important thing.

If you really want to donate but really don't want to use PayPal, I encourage you to talk to one of the admins and ask about alternatives. (Keith's e-mail link is at the bottom of that donation page, though when I asked I believed that djparanoia and Keith were the same person...) It IS possible, and relatively convenient from the donator end, though I suspect it's rather inconvenient for them.

This thread reminded me that I intended to donate and never got around to it. So I sent a check and that was that. Like I said, painless for us, slightly less so for them.
