well in ddr, 9s/10s are the top of the difficulty range. itg caps as high as 16 footers, so 9s and 10s on itg aren't considered hard. they're like 7s and 8s on ddr.

it was mre a case dat itg showed mre 16th note in its song
ddr was only hard coz they hard was really defined as fast 8th note song like max 300 main example
the 8th note streams in max 300 are the same foot speed as 16th note streams in any 150bpm song.
so with what you are saying, ITG is only "hard" because ITG's idea of hard is 16th note stream? that's kind of dumb. ITG seems to focus on more obscure/difficult to FEC charts that also require stamina. DDR boss songs are now leaning towards dramatic BPM changes/stops, and high BPM 8th note stream.

Im saying dat ppl say DDR is hard just coz they cnt read high BPM 8th stream on a dcent speed mod
but u get a similar answer wit ITG coz ppl dnt know what to do when they see simple 16th note
U are correct on what ITG and DDR seem to focus on in a stepchart
though I've noticed not many play officials now
we have no gd DDR and our ITG ... is nt even gr8
Guys, playing about every other day and exercising the days you don't helps so much. Accuracy improves with comfort, and comfortability comes from having a decent-mounted stamina.
