Luckily, I was able to revive it, but not before losing all my card's information, profile, screens, edits, etc+++

I keep a list of drives that are comptaible and not compatible, based on people who have tried these drives out.
I'm surprised that the Corsair Flash Voyager works, because someone on itgfreak said it didn't work for them.
| ive got a lexar 256mb
its on your list of compatible drives.
do i need to format the drive in any way or just plug it in to the ITG machine and go?
and also, how much memory does this take up? (i use it for school and dont have too much space on it)

Uhm, I forgot the exact amount, but it's not big, at all! Very very small amount maybe 1 meg at the most? I might be wrong by alot. Haha.

and also, how much memory does this take up? (i use it for school and dont have too much space on it) | You can actually prep it by making an editable.ini file before you go, or editing it after it creates the folders for you. Stuff on how to do that should be here or elsewhere if you google it or something (too lazy to look it up). Like, you can put in your weight for calorie counting and change your display name (mine says "joolyqueue<3").
And it really takes up no space at all. Depends on how many screenshots you take, but those are still a drop in the bucket.
I know people who've used 32/64 MB drives (yes, they still do exist.... somewhere) and had ample space to stick a few MP3s on it too.
EDIT: I use a 512 PNY Mini Attache which I bought last week. I've had quite a few flash drives. My first one was noname and worked but died one day, and I've had both a Sandisk Cruzer and a Sandisk Mini Cruzer. The Sandisk Cruzer wasn't too bad but it was kind of fragile and bent (don't know if they use that design anymore), and the Sandisk mini was okay. Both problems I had with those stemmed from losing a lot of caps, making them more vulnerable to bad things. D: The Mini Attache folds out which is kinda cool, and a lot of flash drives are starting to use that design now.

I would always get a Card Error or a Mount Error on both machines. I looked this type of card on the list of compatible Flash Drives and it was there, and I saw another person use the exact same card as I have with no problems.
I tried the card with no data on it, with data on it, i tried it with no configuration, with configuration, I tried it on both 1p and 2p sides on both machines, I even tried copying my friends stats on my card to see if that would work... NOTHING
talk about defects...
So stay away from the Lexar Media Jump Drives people!!!

Total Tokens: 609.81 Donate Tokens | I use a 1GB SanDisk Cruzer Micro. It works well and has lots of room for all my caps and songs for R21. However, it did NOT work right out of the box. I bought it and went right to the arcade and was disappointed by a card mount error. It has a set of programs called U3 on it which must be removed for it to work on ITG and it was also not formatted to FAT32. However, now that I have it set up, I really like it.
It was originally around $50 but it had a couple of mail-in rebates bringing it down to around $20 at Circuit City. I doubt that's still in effect though.
