Total Tokens: 253.00 Donate Tokens | Getting rid of the rust I've been playing ITG for roughly 4 months, and am currently working on learning and doing Expert 10s, but lately since I have gone to college and the lack of any sort of ITG/DDR machine up here I've noticed even though I'm in better physical shape and endurance is no where near an issue for passing songs I am having problems doing most 10s. Whats the best way to get back on track when I am able to play one weekend(ish) a month?

Get used to long term playing for the day and try a 10 for your couple of last turns. You'll have the stamina..

Did you say you have trouble physically passing them, or the stepchart(s) are too crazy.

If you meant 30 rounds, that's kinda much. Maybe not spaced across 2 days, but if you've only got one day... no. That's like "I WANNA THROW UP MY SPLEEN NOW" exhaustion.
I'd play two 9s, then the last song of every round play a 10, or an easy 11 (like Utopia or Robotix). I've found I can go quite a while by using the 9s as "cool down" songs.

Did you say you have trouble physically passing them, or the stepchart(s) are too crazy. | Isn't physical at all, it's more I starting to have more problems sight reading the step charts.
Over the course of this weekend I was able to pass Hand of Time, Spin Chicken, Anubis, D-Code, Cyrosleep (<333), and Utopia (I have the chart memorized >_>)
I'm getting back to where I was Thanks for the pointers. Doing the easier songs as warm ups helped me sight read a lot better, I first started doing 7-8s on a slower setting than I usually would do, and then I would work my way up doing 9-10s on regular speed.
Can't wait for thanksgiving break to try and finally pass Hillbilly Hardcore.
