A funny April fool's day joke would be to switch all the difficulties around, Novice<->Expert, Easy<->Hard, and Medium can just stay the same.

IDEA: You unlock a new song, "PanVerEnerummer." It's a 24 footer. When you play it, knives pop out of your PS2, stab your ears, cause it'll be the equivilant of just listening to the song, and then, right before the first arrow comes, and you try to hit it, the knife stabes you in the belly button.
After that, the words, "APRIL FOOLS" comes up on your screen, and out pops a medi-ball.
