They're still keeping the "case" under wraps. They don't want you to know much about it anyway's, or what their(RoXoR and the team) are trying to do overall. I believe an counter-complaint was filled, but anywho.

1. This isn't the place for that discussion.
2. They're obviously pumping out more ITG games, so what is the importance to us? RoXoR, or whoever is involved with it, is dealing with it.
3. Either it's dropped, or we just have to wait and see. Unless we find out that the ITG series has been shut down, or ITG starts paying royalties to Konami, there really isn't much to discuss about it anymore.

I believe that's what he means.

I hate that fact. Everything in the system of life takes forever. Murderers don't go to jail for many years for the fact it takes so long for the court to process. I'm not saying I want bad things to happen to roxor.. but still.
