Since I haven't played ITG2, what songs should I expect on the home version that excessively uses hands?

Truthfully, ITG2 barely had any songs with hands in them(Twighlight is about the only one I can think of that has lot of hands). There are hands in some songs.. but not like "Bend Your Mind" or "Queen Of Light". My favorite step chart from ITG2 that has hands in it is probably "!". They are just nicely placed in that song.

That all depends my friend. People will all say different things. I'll just name the 12 footers for singles. I'm almost positive Dj HaQ could tell you some hard doubles songs, I never play doubles.

!, Bloodrush, Determinator, Energizer, Go 60 Go. And an honorable mention would be Monolith(11 footer).

Ouch, I could barely do Pandemonium on Hard and there are so many 12 footers. Is there an expected month for release yet?

Don't get excited about the theme? Does this mean the ITG2 theme is absent? Or is it just really shitty?

I've seen one video of ITG2 PS2 and here's a few tidbits that I found out:

The load times seem to be as long as the original ITG.
There is an Edit Mode and some kind of multiplayer mode (I think).
Summer ~Speedy Mix~ is still a 13 (and not changed to a 12 as mentioned for ITG3).
The theme looks exactly like the arcade version.
The mode selection screen looks just like the one found in the Groove 2.2 theme for Stepmania 3.95 CVS.
