Total Tokens: 1,048.74 Donate Tokens | How does the future look for ITG2 All i can say is, I don't want to see the day when itg2 is no more. This is what i like to do for a hobby and so do thousands of other poeple.
The purpose of this thread is to get feedback from people to see what they think.
I know itg2 used to be really big back on 2006-08. But then they got sued by konami.
I have saw video on the web of company's turning ITG2 machines into ddr supernova machines. But that was just one video. What i am trying to say is I hope that the game will have more and more tournaments to come.

There are still files being made.
Tournaments are usually fan run to my knowledge, but still happening.

As mentioned above, most tournaments, as well as projects like Rebirth, are fan-made. It's sort of an era, if you understand. The era where ITG was once big has died. Rather, the stepmania part has taken over.

I understand this as well. It seems that the next era of ITG is mostly about stamina songs. Only because they are getting more and more popular ever since calimist made that video of him doing the 67,000 step challenge. Now it has inspired 1,000's of poeple to go to that level of difficulty. And there are also teams out there like "TEAM MURDER", "TEAM DRAGONFORCE".....Those are the best two teams as far as I know. Its like they are keeping the ITG spirit alive.

Also, don't forget Team Touhou. lulz

So that attracted alot more people, everyone that went to the usual arcade left and went to AMSC ( All American Sports Center ) They said they'll never go back to Fun N Stuff again...

Total Tokens: 202.39 Donate Tokens | we had perfectly maintained our itg2 machine for well over a year and a half. i had purchased a banner with the "itg3" logo, and we had well over 2000 songs on the machine, that were updated frequently. itg3 theme, new arrows like shadow and retro, etc. openitg was even on it, but was unfortunately taken off due to it having a USB bug. people have gone even with upgrading ram/video on the motherboard of the itg2cab.
how many out there are with me when i say "if i was rich, the first thing i would buy would be an itg machine"?

JoJo, I think about that all the time. The cheapest I have seen online is 4,300 dollars, and its in california. If I'm going to have anything at all, I want to have a pair of the ITG2 dance Pads.
