That is not a hack/leak/1337 \/\/4|23Z bla bla... There is an ITG PC beta version available for download on Roxor's Website. It features an unlock system, which unlocks extras as you play, wohoo. Sounds to me like he unlocked it with gameplay. No hacking involved.
