It would seem that ITG does not want to show different colors of the arrows depending on what beat/ note its on. As in all arrows are orange. No... Flat is not on, so this should not happen. Even when I turn flat on it does the same thing. Even Cel, and metal do the same thing, but do change according to how the arrow is supposed to look.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I like to throw songs on my flash drive on there, as well as songs from the ITG and ITG2 games to get a more realistic feeling of playing I guess. Plus There is also ITG Rebirth and the fanmade ITG3 pack. Also some of the songs sync better on ITG then on stepmania (Tricky Disco).

And why not use OpenITG? It's almost required for ITG simfiles...

you're trying to run it off of a beta release of an incomplete OS that is currently based off of vista
no wonder it broke
also sm 3.95 or sm4 would work fine with itg; last i knew openitg was meant more for use in machines

and sm4 doesn't work with itg
also omega you're running the game in direct3d. switch to opengl and it should be better (although who knows if it'll actually work since you're using windows 7 lol).
you do this by going into your StepMania.ini and changing VideoRenderers=d3d,opengl to VideoRenderers=opengl,d3d

the ps2 port of itg felt weird because ps2s have inaccurate controller i/o in comparison to the arcade
