options? ever pop up while playing

did you ever play itg one and then the options poped up out of nowhere? is there a certain way you do it? if you know teach me please...

Is this during gameplay, at song select, or between gameplay and song select?

Right after you select a song, if you press the select button (X i think) again, it will open the options menu. You may be getting this by accidentally double pressing the select button when choosing the song you want to play. Also, in DDR version from Extreme backward, if you hold the select button when choosing a song, it will open up, whereas DDR Extreme 2 and supernova you have to select the options, by changing difficulties past heavy/challenge tot he options button. There ya go, that's all you need to know about accessing options. something that took me a year and a half of playing to not understand, and one simple question to finally figure out XP, so don't feel bad.

It's not that. I just dont think that he was referring to opening just the normal "options menu". It sounded like he was referring to being in gameplay and a so called "options screen" pops up. To me this sounded like a false post and he was just trying to spend a post. As if he "made up a fake screen that popped up out no where when you played" and made a thread about it so he could get a couple posts in here and there. But, considering if he was talking about the options screen.. i mean.. c'mon are you serious? That's pretty much video games 101. If you are confused when you accidently press X and the options come up.. I just dont understand how that could confuse you. It's that simple. And as for my post, your completely right. I am a little hard on people that make arrogant posts and as for that I apolgize. Sorry LetBreakKevin. I didn't mean to offend you.

You must have accidentally triggered the operator switch, located inside the front of the machine. It's probably that the machine operator didn't install the boxor properly (if it's a conversion) ot assemble the machine (if it's one of those ellusive dedicabs).

Ahhh... I was thinking home version for some reason. It's possible that the security dongle connected to the boxor has become loose. (just had to say that XD)
