Sweet Jesus you have no knowledge about anything that involves dance simulation.

ITG 2 PC only goes up to R9. R21 is for Arcade machines ONLY.
ITG 2 PC doesn't have custom usb song support. It's just a very VERY old, unstable, buggy piece of shit version of Stepmania 4.0 built off of the decrypted files from the official ITG PC build. So just add songs to it like you do with StepMania. mDaWg's ITG 2 PC supports MP3s and OGGs so you don't need to convert them.

also learn to type, I had to like have a key and decoder to understand what you just said.

But ya ITG2 only goes to R9 on PC, however you can still add songs to the game (I dont know how, and I dont know if you can discuss that in this forum).

mDaWg's ITG2 PC is just StepMania. You add songs in the Songs folder. You can even add songs/courses to the official ITG PC via AdditionalSongFolders in Preferences.ini without making ANY modifactions to the program. It's perfectly safe to discuss that here.

this is your answer, as I am sure you were going to use R21 to add songs.
