Default USB Drives don't work on ITG2 Dedicab

I've noticed that my location now has a dedicab, but second week after playing it, the USB drives didn't respond. I asked to reboot the machine and it said that the USB drives are not connected. What gives?

Apart from this, I made a demo version of a simfile called Fuel. Check this out!

My only guess is that they dont want people using custom songs, but isnt there an option in the service menu for that?
Well i guess its the arcades choice, but you can always pull the
"well i would play A LOT more if there were connected"

I'm expecting that the owner should check the Boxor in my area. Thanks for some advice.

there is an option for that. on the main screen it says "custom songs enabled" if it's turned on.

it's possible they don't want people to try and hack it. but more likely the cable is loose.
