VBR file?

can someone help me cuz i downloaded an song (unknown girl) but i want to change it from mp3 to oGG with mp3 to OGG but then it says its an VBR file but plz help me i like the step chart of the song and i want to play it on the arcades in my town

2.- Try MediaCoder - more than a universal audio/video transcoder

or use audacity. You can amplify songs so they play louder as well, which I use all the time.

If you're having major problems, convert it to a CBR then to OGG (or VBR MP3 to WAV to CBR MP3...although you're going to lose some audio quality in doing that...)

d best thing to do is NORMALIZE the audio... I Believe ΩOMEGAΩ said to amplify low audio,
or ... maybe ΩOMEGAΩ play in a very low sound machine, or is very exibitionist and like the rage from the other game players in the video arcade store.

Download SM2ITG - it can convert to OGGs and fix the audio volume issues.

i downloaded SM2ITG but if i want to do that thing to convert it then it says that he cant find the SM@ITG.bat but it is there i dont get it :S
