If they make a Vertex^3, it should be more a long the lines of the original Vertex. I mean, Vertex is a hard song, but it's not hard because it is overwhelmingly dumb.

Yeah, they already announced the first 14 block difficulty. (notice how ITG doesn't use feet) And it's the marathon Nightmare Intence Doubles. Mjerizan said it is way to hard for a 13 and will be a 14 in newer versions of ITG.

I honestly think that SLAKE's songs are way better than the Vertex series. His music is interesting to me and I like it alot.
But anyway, I actually have a VerTex^3 simfile (I don't remember where I got it from though), but I have no idea if it's official. To me, the song sounds much worse than VerTex^2.
I think that there will be another Vertex song in the next game. Seriously, look at PARANOiA. That song was in DDR 1st Mix, 2nd Mix, 3rd Mix, 5th Mix, 8th Mix (Extreme) and now 9th Mix (SuperNOVA). If RoXoR/ZiGZaG decides to mix this song as much as Naoki did with PARANOiA, we should expect a lot more "Vertex"'s coming.
Also, if there is a 14-footer, it would probably be either gabber or speedcore (most likely gabber, since that actually has a little bit of a melody, but still has plenty of 16th notes). If it's 200 BPM and has long streams of 16th notes, it might be hard enough to be a 14-footer (Summer (Speedy Mix) was 185 BPM and was a 13-footer). It doesn't really matter for me, though (at least on pad), since the best I can do is 9-footers... ^_^

Technically, you are incorrect. There are no PARANOiAs FROM SuperNOVA. But, all the older PARANOiAs are on the machine if that is what you mean. And if you mean Respect.... it's from Party Collection.

i don't think you could make a 14 footer vertex...the song realy cant get to much harder unless you made a speed remix or something... lol... other than that 13 is probably the hardest you could make it.. : /
