No, it's not for everyone, but those who are into more challenging genres of music or are tired of convention would find much more to like in V2 than Power Metal. Power Metal is fucking dreadful. | Um experimental techno is a form of music. However noise is not "legit." Quote:

In VerTex^2 these are shoved down your throat and come without any melodic quality whatsoever. In VerTex^2 the background tones were completely absent. There was NO pitch changing that added anything musically interesting.
And I DIDN'T think that you said "More interesting means better." Quote:

Noise is the "Emporer's New Clothes" of musical elitism. I can't believe anyone actually WANTS to listen to it (they all spout off the argument "music isn't for entertainment, and if you think it should be you don't appreciate it" whenever threatened, like that vitriol-spewing dinosaur in Jurassic Park), yet all these 'I'm rly into music, no srlsy' kids listen to it and drop the names of the bands every 5 seconds because they thing it'll make them look more interesting.
"Oh, you don't like this music? Clearly you are a dumbass and not at all punk enough (not the music for GODS SAKE the attitude, the music is dead, sonic youth glenn branca) or artistically enclined enough to realize the simple facts:
1: Music is not for you to enjoy
2: Music is to make me look awesomer than you
Excuse me while I go listen to some Mars Volta played backwards at double BPM and call it progressive noise-core speed-jazz polka trance. oh, and IDM art-rock."
Whatever.
(Point: Jesus, let people like whatever music they want, there's abolutely no point in bitching at somebody just because they want to have melody in their music. Go ahead and like your Noise if you want, just don't go and force that unenjoyable drivel upon the rest of us.)
(Further blocking of "YOU HATE MUSIC" insults: Dragonforce is repetitive as hell. Their songs are all similar. Yet, the music still is usually enjoyable, if not totally ridiculous.)
(On topic: The Kyle Ward song "Vertex"? Like the original before ZigZag ate it? What Kyle Ward song?)

also vertex ^2 is a good song. If you would actually LISTEN to it, you would realize that there are alot of melodic parts to it.

I mean Kid Whatever remixed Disconnected did he not? He made it sound like shit but he still remixed it.
I personally loved V^2 though, steps and music. So I would welcome a V^3 with open arms.

It's the stupid-ass Expert steps that don't make sense. It's one of those times where the stepmaker just decided "LOL LETS LEIK PUT RANDUM NOTZ AND MAK IT A 13 FOOTER LOL" and let it go.

I wouldn't mind a third one, but I'm hoping it sounds more like VerTex. Out of both, that was probably my favorite one. And the steps made sense to boot.

Also: I'm trying to figure out what the guy a few posts up meant. I'm pretty sure both VerTex songs were Zigzag, so where does Kyle enter into this? (Or am I missing something off one of his albums again?)
