Video Lag

First off I apologize if this has been mention before

So we finally managed to fix our ITG2 Dedi machine in San Antonio. It's been upgraded to R21, pads are in tip top shape, etc etc. The only problem we have now is video lag. The video lags whenever a huge density of arrows comes up. Does anyone have any input on how this can be fixed, if so please share.

Clean out the boxor. Make sure the fan isn't filled with dust.

also make sure that the back of the machine is at least 6 inches from a wall to ensure proper airflow

Well we dusted it out and made sure that there is nothing blocking the airflow, but it still lags just a bit. One of my friends says its the update to r21, but I've played on many r21 machines and found no problem with video lag so I'm a little lost.

some machines have weird issues with certain updates. have you hacked the machine?

We haven't hacked it yet, but they gave me wrong information. Apparently they only dusted the pads out, not the machine. The manager said they are going to do that over the weekend. Along with that the USB connectors also failed, but they are going to fix that also.

make sure they turn the machine off before doing this

one of our machines got totally owned by a guy vacuuming out the back while it was running

the guy saw no problem with what he had done

Yeah the problem is solved. They cleaned it out and it's really smooth now. All they need to do now is fix the USB connectors, again. Well thanks for the help guys, you may lock this thread if needed.
