Warm-up Routines

Default Warm-up Routines

Well, I usually start with a 11 footer, kind of semi-streamy, like:ICWOWICF, Crazy Loop; then i'll play a 9 footer to relax a lilttle, and finally, when i'm fully warmed, play 13-15 footers. I love playing semi-stamina files like Uber Rave, Infernoplex, the some Dragonforce and All That Remains.

When i warm up i like to start with my highest difficulty which is 11. The song is usually sung by Kamelot (an awsome metal band). The reason i start with my highest level is because after that, its pretty easy to do a 10 or 9. I realy like doing long streams like boten anna, Wings of dispair-"kamelot". In other words i like stamina songs. And after i am soaking with sweat, it wouldn't be smart to do a song that has lots of hands. Cause if you do, then you will slip.

Hmmm, warming up, Ill play DDR, usually some 8-9 Footers, Pieces of cake.
Move on to ITG, and play some 10 and 11's then ill challenge myself with the last song as a 12 or 13 =P
Never beatin a 13 =P

usually my warmup round goes like this:
ICWOWICF for stream warmup and loosening up, followed by russian privjet for the 24s trills, then end on We Know What to Do, for FA purposes.

I do some of my favorites that are 11's or 12's maybe then after two to three easy one's I go and do some hard stuff like 13's and some 14's sometimes 15's. but my warm ups I do normally with either a higher speed depending on what song, then I do the rest with some mods if I want to.

My Warm Ups

Ixion - Darkmage x2
Boss Machine - Dan23 x2
Delirium - DukAmok x1.5 or x2
Princess Bride! - Andy x1.5 or x2

Then I do the harder stuff but that is what I normally play to warm up

My warm-up song will generally be the hardest song I can do. For instance, in PIU, I'll play a level 18 NM. Then I go for PA/FA.

I would try something like that, but I don't want to spend more money than I should. I mean, play Uber Rave 1st song, then play a 6-footer because my legs are so locked. In a way though, that would speed up the process of warming up. Maybe in the next set, i'll play Bonecrusher 1st song and and 11-footer next and I should be fine.


BTW I play 3 songs, but the 3rd song doesn't really count, unless you're done for the day.
