Marketplace Rating: 0 | Well, average is 9's, cause, ITG is dead sadly, and 9's are all DDR has... >_> So, 11's is a bit above average. 12's and 13's are semi pro, 14+ is pro.

There are some expert songs that are only 9's, wheras some go up to 13 and even 14. I would say, someone who can consistently pass 11s and 12s, and can consistently FC/Star/FEC 9s 10s and 11s could be considered pro, although I'd almost considering bumping those standards up because of how many people would be considered 'pro'. Maybe we should limit that title just to those who have competed at a national level

Marketplace Rating: 0 | i consider someone pro once they pass Pandemonium or V^2 even if its with like a 60% a pass is a pass...i honestly find Pandemonium the hardest out of the 3...my V^2 being at 95.17 i technically should have a much higher Pandy...but i only have 96...aswell as summer i only have 98.18, in all honesty Summer is a difficult 12 not a 13...and pandemonium is like retarded hard for stamina(the first time around) and V^2 is just a technical 12...only a 13 because of mine placements and tricky jumps.
but i guess passing 12's should be classified as Really f'in good...but not pro/Expert

Marketplace Rating: 13 | Wow. I don't think there's really such thing as "Pro" in ITG. There are horrible players, decent players, good players, great players, and everyone better than you.
I can pass all 12's and one 13 with A+ or S's, but that's just "Hey, I'm not a bad player. I'm not the best, but I'm not bad."

If you watch any of the BIG tournaments (there's a few videos int he tatsujin section) there's people that tri-star 12s, and use the bar. I agree you have to at least be able to play expert to be considered 'pro' but bar use comes down to personal play style more than skill.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | basically someone who can play the game and be pro at it..get hard to beat scores....keep records... Theres really nothing thats considered "PRO" because there are people who play they own style and that are pro... it it would be kind of pointless to even continue this thread because there are different views and it would never come to a resolution....
Many people have different playing styles....as long as they are satisfied with it and get good ratings with it...
that is PRO

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Quality is key, at least imo. Passing pretty much everything is important but being able to maintain %90+ scores on everything especially the hard songs, and managing to maintain those records. That is just as important. But "pro" is a matter of opinion. If you want to be considered a professional in a tighter sense I guess you would have to get sponsored in tournaments, win, and make a little money.
