What foods do u eat when u r on a diet?

Talking What foods do u eat when u r on a diet?

In my case I try to not eat too much each and every day.
I usaully wake up at around 10:30.
That means I skip beakfast. I think it is unecessary.
As far as what I like to eat to stay in shape, Pizza, and Subway are my top 2.
Preferebly Papa Johns Perfect pan Pizza.
And after playing ITG2, I drink some muscle milk.

Okay.
Skipping breakfast bad, Pizza is loaded with fat, and Subway is only good if you initially burn it quickly enough before it turns into lipids. As for the muscle milk because initially ITG and DDR is mostly cardio work you really shouldn't be drinking muscle milk afterwards because the amount of muscle tear that the game produces is like.....not enough.

I just eat a grotesque amount of food and then burn it off. For instance today I ate a burrito, 3 tacos and a bag of chips from Cipotle. I also got a small diet coke because I'm on a diet.

Then I play DDR or whatever a burn it all off. Keep in mind thats all I ate all day today, and I dont even want to know how many calories it was or if I manged to burn it all off.

oh and btw that diet thing was a joke.
