That's all. | From having seen the quality of your pop'n music ASCs I'm sure that any other controller you would make would be of the utmost durability and quality. I would be happy to purchase one as soon as they are available. Although I would only use it for Guitar Freaks.

Since you got the GF controller as the smallest, the GH controller a bit longer, and a real guitar which is longest.
Also, if these controllers were to be made, would they come with shoulder-straps or would be have to buy our own?

Alternately a swappable button panel would be neat, that way you can have a box for Guitarfreaks and a box for Guitar Hero, so that the buttons are spaced correctly and have the correct feel to them.
If you've ever played GF in the arcade, the buttons aren't quite like a lot of other rhythm game pushbuttons. They're a little harder to press and not quite as clicky. I like that in the GF controller in the arcade, but I don't think that feel would work right for a Guitar Hero controller's buttons.

That's all. | You actually don't even have to do that. If you look at the wiring for each controller, they're next to identical except for the right directional being held down for GF, the pick direction, and the presence of the whammy bar. Everything else is pretty much wired in exactly the same. (Even the tilt, if I'm not mistaken.)
2 PCBs might be a little more work than you need it to, although it's naturally up to you to decide what works best on your end of things.

Guitar Hero's controller is about the right size. It's not stretching too far, and it's nicely weighted.

If you're going to spend this much money on a multi-game ASC, you might as well get one that's going to look impressive. I want a controller that doesn't look like the controllers everyone else has.

Dao does left side right side for IIDX, so I'd imagine controllers could be made with the GF neck high and GH neck low, as well as the other way around. I would probably buy this controller for the badass factor. I usually wouldn't really play Guitar Freaks, but with that controller I probably would once I get around to picking up DM.

Scale really isn't that important to me (1:1 would be a bit large and costly to ship, but it'd still be very unique), but if you have to choose then GH's size is just fine.
