Download the Top Gun anthem (& a WoW song) for free on GH3

Yes, to celebrate the 4th of July, you can download the theme from Top Gun for free on Guitar Hero 3 for both 360 & PS3.

& you read that correctly. You can also download (again, for free) a World of Warcraft song "I Am Murloc" which was released a few days ago (6/26). Again, both 360 & PS3.

Is it just me, or are they kinda going overboard w/ these downloadable songs? How many have you guys downloaded?

Yes, it was aimed at the fact that there's a WoW song on GH. I mean, 1st was the Halo theme, now WoW? What's next??

Well, if I have my facts straight, Activision and Blizzard just merged or something to that effect. This makes perfect sense for releasing a WoW song.

Oh, that's right. It's "The End Begins (To Rock)", which is a guitar-heavy remix of God of War 2's title theme.

Honestly, who actually REMEMBERED that God of War 2 had a theme BEFORE this appeared on GH3?
