I'd rather have a harder Metallica song, but eh.
For my pick, I choose Alice In Chains- Rotten Apple. Not a very famous song by them, but is a great song and has my favorite guitar solo by them. Check it out, it seems like a good fit.

I read somewhere that "Stairway to Heaven" is supposed to be on GH3 but i can't remember where i read that.

the trooper is for the Xbox 360 v... the songs that would be Über would be some tool songs or maybe a pink floyd song or two. But I dont think that tool would sell out to guitar hero or harmonex.

Arctic Monkeys, Metallica, and Franz Ferdinand were great ideas - I'd also love to see some of The Strokes (Juicebox, anyone?), Destination Diamonds, Muse, or even Cartel...

IMO I think GH1's songlist trumps GH2's - just barely because GH2 was so chock full of metal/thrash - but GH2's ease of play makes it the big winner. I'm also looking forward to GH:80s (a sick obsession, I know).

I would like to see if Megadeth's new song, " Washington is Next " on there. That'll kick ass. Maybe some Ac Dc as well, I want to play " Thunderstruck ". I would be thrilled if Japanese bands were in it as well.
