I hope so anyway =/ | |

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Just read somewhere that ALL GH3 downloaded songs WILL work on Guitar Hero: World Tour (what, you're not allowed to have "IV" in the title??). This is great news for some, considering that GH2 downloads don't carry over to GH3.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | i don't think i've seen it mentioned here yet, but the GH:WT drum set is going to be velocity sensetive. if it wasn't bad enough that the drum set having raised hihat and crash made me want it, now it's going to be much more expressive and dynamic, not to mention the fact that it'll probably now be a great pc drum controller.
(bad in the sense that i know a lot of RB drum owners don't really want more plastic drum sets) youtube video

Although between my 6 guitars, 2 RB drumsets, 7 dance mats, 3 microphones, and IIDX controller, I'm kinda running low on room.

show some action. shit | yeah, the video is kindof upsetting due to the lack of actual clear video of playing on the GH:WT set, but it is officially mentioning the velocity sensitivity thing, which is huge.

Every news outlet except Kotaku reported the exact opposite, and Kotaku stated this with no source.
EDIT: I've seen that video before, too. If you look, you can catch the drumset they were actually having them test with; and it looks nothing like the GHWT final drumkit. They have a shell of the real kit and then a MIDI pad mockup arranged similarly for the drummers to actually play on.
So though they may like the drum setup, this sadly says nothing about the actual quality of the drums; which is a shame.
