Which guitars of these should I buy?

I'm buying the guitar hero 3 game for ps2 (separately) in the U.S. and the guitar peripherial in my country.

These are the guitars I can find here (I'mnot even sure if they are the official ones)

Do you guys know any of these? Which one of 'em is good / bad?

as a side note there shouldn't be any problem if my ps2 and the game is NTSC and yet the guitar is bought in PAL territory right?
