just recently a crack has developed on my yellow and blue drum heads on whatever is directly under the rubber cover. ive been lookin around to see how to rma my set and everything points to the ea support page, but when i go through it and they determine my stuff is faulty, they give me a number to call, which in turn, refers me to the support page. wtf do i do | |

^ Thats what you do. Do the fast way, I got my drumset in 3 days, and they wont charge you for it unless you hold onto the broken item loger then 30 days after receiving the replacement.

Actually they put the hold on your credit card or so I just found out. I gots mah new drum set. Hey Omega, do you know if this RMA thing works for the guitar too? Stupid whammy bar just broke on me.

Sorry for the bump, but I got a replacement guitar, and I don't know what I'm supposed to send back. It says to include the packing list, but all I got were the shipping labels.

There should've been a packing list inside the box. (Actually I don't remember if it's in the box or the little plastic thing on the box) Either way, I didn't send my packing list back. Haven't been charged for it or anything. I don't think the packing list really matters.

I didn't get the packing list though, so I don't know what to send back. Did you only have to send the guitar, or did you have to send the strap and reciever too? | |

Oh, not sure. I got the drumset. You send back whatever you got in the box.
IE; the drums I didn't get a pedal or sticks so I didn't have to include those when sending back. So I mean if they sent a new strap/receiver then send them the old ones back. If all they sent was the guitar then just send the guitar back.
