IGN's reception to GH:WT and question regarding to PS2 version

I checked the receptions of GH:WT and there was a major difference between the next-gen and the Wii version in scores by IGN. Can someone explain the major difference that made the Wii score higher?

Also, how will custom songs work in the PS2 version of World Tour? Flash drives like Gran Turismo 4 did for saving photos?

The Wii score's higher because the 2 games were reviewed by different people, and tbh, it did NOT look like the person who reviewed the 360 version even cared for the game as he wished "it felt more like playing a real guitar"
