Lag settings?

Tried calibration before I played the game, it game me something like 40-60ms for each. TV is a 10 year old shit Plasma. Seemed fine up until I was doing crossfading. I always missed the return fade. Set it back to 0ms on both and it works fine lol I'll probably move the video up like 20m because it seems like I'm pressing late, though I'm used to that on Rock Band by now.

^ That's exactly what I did before, now I pushed the video lag back up to 40ms because now I have to get directional scratches more in sync than crossfades.
