Then again I have no idea how MIDI works.

Total Tokens: 2,507.44 Donate Tokens | My question is does anyone know if this controller can be hooked up to a computer using a midi-usb interface and be used as an actual controller for DTX Mania, and possible for Drummania? Or, is the MIDI interface for importing only and not exporting? Since it's wireless I don't see how you can hook it up to a computer without a midi-usb out.

Still, I'm curious as to the "hardware limitations" of the 360 that prevent this. Sounds like more of a lame excuse to me.

If they were going to pull this shit and make a lame excuse just because they're lazy or got bribed, I doubt they'd go in the least popular console's favour.

I think the only problem is that people nowadays don't use MIDIs. I mean, unless I'm mistaken (which I think I'm not), they're an extremely dated music format.

You'd be surprised to know that most of today's PC created music uses MIDI in one way or another.
Also, most of Rockband and Guitar Hero's notecharts are in fact, written in MIDI.

(Well... I presume almost all BMS members have tried making a custom disk before...)
