Default need hlep fixing video lag

I recently changed to a crappy 1080i HDTV, and now i can't play Guitar Hero anymore because the lag calibration in the menu doesn't work. It usually adjusts to ~200ms but it doesn't seem to fix the lag at all.
&& I tried contacting RedOctane support but they gave me a crap response that just tells me to go to the options and do the calibration again.

I know how you feel. Just try to get it on sync as much as possible, there is not much you can really do, your TV may be REALLY off-sync, the lag may be so bad, it can not be calibrated to play Guitar Hero. Also make sure you are using the calibration system correctly. For some reason it did not work correctly twice for me.
