Hmmm, that sounds interesting.... Maybe that should be the way of the future for rock band drum emulation. I tried DTXmania with it, and I just got confused alot. But then again, I haven't played much drummania either.

Oh, accomplishments..... Beat all songs on expert drums, guitar, and vocals!! Now I just have to work on my flawless groove achievement...

^ outside is a little difficult. The pedal is weird bit once you get it down its pretty easy.

the only part that's hard for me is the 16th bass pedal that precedes the yellow during the second half of the song. i just ignored it completely and passed =P and i'm still having problems keeping up with Run to the Hills on expert, but i managed to finally pass it on hard...so that's something i guess.

its not fun when you have a TV that lags, and when your red drum is not very resposive.

and damn I was lucky I passed run to the hills. My red drum is working, but not good for drumrolls.

I know what you mean with lag. It blows. It took me a good month to figure out what it was on my TV.

Accomplishments:
- All songs with Vocals on Expert
- 43 songs with Drums on Expert (Still in progress!)

---------------------------
Hey, did you guys find that the extended snare roll sections in Train Kept a Rollin' were impossible to get perfect simply due to the drum's response itself?

PS - Has anyone tried splitting the headphone jack for the foot pedal into two foot pedals to get a double-bass pedal effect?

I still have to try this...so I'll let you know if it works.

Full Combo'd El Scorcho on my first run on Guitar (Ex)
~1000 away from Gold Starring Sex type Thing on Guitar (Ex)
5 Missed Why Do you Love Me Guitar (Ex)

~~~
Why the fuck is the drum section on Why Do you love me so... weird feeling? It doesn't feel like it's the real song, especially after the drum silence to that hell roll.
it's there, it's just quiet. it's always jarring when you do any drum hits that are normally played softly, like the quiet part of Siva and the beginning of 3's and 7's. Why Do You Love Me-Expert drums might be my new favorite drum chart though, because yellow is much more responsive for rolls than red.
GJ. i can't understand why that song is in the 2nd to last tier on drums. it's mind boggling. not that there aren't a bunch of tiering on drums that i don't agree with...
and how is it even possible to squeeze drums? there aren't any hold notes to squeeze overdrive out of. the only thing i can think of is maybe just hitting a note early as overdrive is running out that you wouldn't normally get...
Yeah, the tier's on drums are all messed up. I can full combo this and 5-star everything in the last two tiers (save RTTH) yet I can't get higher than a (barely) 4-star on Dead on Arrival.
But yeah, that score's only like 65th or so on the leaderboards, so either there's another OD path I'm unaware of, or other people are just really good at hitting those final notes early or something. I don't know if I could get the knack of it, it seems like my timing would be thrown wayy off. But who knows, I might give it a try.
