Anyways, hold down green with index finger and pick the first red. Then move your right hand up to the frets and quickly tap each one. Since the pattern is so easy to memorize, you'd be better off just remembering how it goes.

For sure, definitely going to try tonight when I get home. I think I've only tried tapping once and it was Jordan or something lol, didn't work too well

Seriously...tap it. It's so easy I don't understand how anyone could think that using one hand is the better route. Just hold down green with your left index finger, elbow strum the first red and then use your left middle for red and your right index, middle, and ring fingers for yellow, blue, and orange respectively.

It's really not hard at all. It took me like 5 minutes in training mode playing each speed one time to be able to 100% the intro.

Had you ever tapped before though? That's the thing, I've NEVER even attempted tapping before seriously.

I tried the elbow strumming thing once... didn't work out so hot. T_T

This was the first time I ever used tapping. Swear to god. I'm trying to learn it for other sections of songs though (I'm looking at YOU Raining Blood trills and One solo)

I tried tapping once, and never did it again because it was too uncomfortable. Everything I beat, I beat with one hand. Including the jaw-dropping intro of TfFaF and Mosh 1 in Raining Blood. <_<

I can tap it and FC it on Slowest and Slower now, but I have yet to FC it on Slow. My fingers aren't wanting to respond correctly when I'm using two.

I'll get it eventually though!

Well, I can get through the intro with one hand now. I don't think I'm going to be able to tap. I tried but I'm not quick enough from picking then moving my hand up, the whole elbow thing didn't work for me lol. I'm still losing 90% of the way through the song though.

Glad to see I'm not the only one having trouble with Raining Blood and One.

Oh also, anyone else who got the 360 Les Paul have the pick break on them? I heard everyone was having problems with the guitar and I thought I was the exception lol. But playing a few days ago my pick randomly went out and now I can't strum down on it.

I wasn't talking about tapping Mosh 1 on Raining Blood. I can pass that playing normally without SP.

I was referring to the real fast trills in the solo, if I could get my hand up there it'd be much easier to combo them.

Yes.. if your like me and pretty much have a dead pinky, you'll realize that one of the only effective methods that is still able to be done decently, if doing the first 2-3 notes, and then quickly moving your strum hand up to the next, and VIOLENTLY spamming buttons in the order that you can see.. I normally go like this..

(I'm not going to go in colors, but by the fret on the board)
1 = Pointer of Left hand (this may differ for you)
2 = Middle finger of Left hand.
3 = Pointer of Right
4 = Middle of Right
5 = Ring of right

Hope this helps some way, good luck, songs a bitch, but we all know that by now

I figured out and easier way to do it.

1. Take your right index finger and lay it over the green button(over the top of the guitar neck).

2. Take your left index finger and put it on red.

3. Strike the first red note with your right elbow and peel the rest of of the notes off using your left hand, while keeping your right index finger on the green. Use whatever fingers are comfortable to you.

Pretty easy once you get the hang of it and just getting the timming & pattern right.

I beat it, I got 86% of the notes the first time I beat TtFaF.

I dont get what everyone is talking about, the solo to One is not really that hard, I can beat it without using star power. But Mosh 1 - Raining Blood, thats crazy, I have beaten it before though. Just practice this stuff!!!!

I learned this trick playing real guitar, I watched Eddie Van Halen do it.
