You need a PS2 capable of playing burned games, you need something like 6 programs, one of which the creator doesn't want to be released but I have anyway (Guitar Hero Explorer), you need to be able to burn CDs, and you need a bunch of charts

RedOctane is already working on Rock Band because they know Guitar Freaks US will be here eventually. They want to make sure that not only do people scorn Konami for "stealing" Guitar Hero, but also for "stealing" the drum idea from Rock Band if Konami brings Drummania here.
Hell, I imagine that even though Beatmania US has been released, RedOctane could release DJ Hero and DJ Villain and then if Konami made a good Beatmania release they would be scorned for ripping off RedOctane.

People on these forums care far too much about wondering if noobs think one game is stealing ideas or copying from Konami. GF should have brought over long ago, I find GH superior mainly because of the song list. Doesnt matter to me if it is a copy or what. I like playing the games because they are fun.
I like those custom songs but most of them have notes that dont sync to the music quite well. It can be fun to try songs that arent in the game but most of the time you dont get to try different difficulties, otherwise it will freeze the game. | |
