Mmm... how does it work?

I plug the cables from my PS2 to that and then plug it to my PC?

All an analogue audio signal needs is 2 contacts. Those things just change the shape of the contacts.

So yeah, your Red and White PS2 leads go into that, which will enable you to plug it into your PC's line in jack.

Anywhere, but I suggest you to go to any electronic shop near you. You will find one easily. I got mine for free, it was included in a package.

Yes, and you must use any recording program. I already suggested a program, just check on page 3.

Hi, I'm new here. "denwanakatta" refer me to here (Don't know his username here though). There's some good info here.

I love Taiko no Tatsu Jin DS. May be to some it's the best one Bandai/Namco ever made. I play the Portable 1 and 2 as well and look forward to the 3rd one.

Back on topic. The only 2000 series song I can pass is Koibun 2000. Others I find it too hard (at the moment) or almost impossible to pass without knowing the song first. I'm hoping using the stylus may help me at least pass Tenjiku 2000 (not until I get used to playing with stylus first). The songs are pretty unique by the way.

Did you try Taiko on PS2? They are the best Taiko games ever.

My friend came at my home to try Taiko. He loved it. He will import Taiko DS because he doesn't have a modchipped PS2 or a PSTwo slim. I will surely try this someday!

Welcome to Bemanistyle madbikes!

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I'm lucky enough that I found a dedicated place where I can buy imports (about an hour of driving). I went to that very shop one time they happen to have the value (cheaper) version of 太鼓の達人 わくわくアニメ祭り (Taiko no Tatsujin: Waku Waku ANIME Matsuri) in stock. A friend of mine has a PS2 that can play imports, that's how I can play. The 1st gen graphics hurt my eyes after the first 5 minutes I played it lol, but I eventually got used to it. That's actually the only Taiko no Tatsu Jin installment so far that doesn't last me very long since there is no Oni mode. I do have plans to get the 太鼓の達人 ドンカッ!と大盛り 七代目 (Taiko no Tatsujin: DOKA! To Oomori Nanadaime) though. At least I played that opening song in PSP enough where it should be the first song in Oni mode I can do a full combo. I wanted to play Hare Hare Yukai (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya ending song) and Kurenai by X-Japan.

I'm probably not a very good TnTJ player to most of you, but I've been slowly improving since I first started playing Portable 2 (got Portable 1 also not long after). I'm waiting for tomorrow to see if the Tenjiku2000 can be unlocked. I know I'm not going to at least pass it, but only time will tell.
