Buying Taiko No Tatsujin Drums (Tatakon)

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of any sites where I can find the new Official Tatakon?

Here it is on Playasia, but they always seem to be sold out:

Btw, does anyone own this one? I'm curious to see if there's any improvements over the original. I only have the cheapo red octane version and can't wait to replace it.

The ones that came with the US versions are those "new" versions, which I call Ver.2 tatakon, so unless you've imported it from up until 3CS, you won't really need to know the difference between that one and the current one.

And yes, they're 100x better than RO's controller. They suck hardcore.

Only advise is to buy a US version from somewhere, since they'd most likely be discounted anyways, or at least cost less than importing from play-asia.

Some sellers on Amazon have Taiko Drum Master bundled with the controller for around $20-30. I'm not sure if you want the game, but it isn't a terrible price for the controller alone.

If you don't have any of the newer japanese versions you could always just get one of them. I bought wai wai happy rokudaime and it came with this controller

there are always some cheap copies of taiko on ebay including the drum set. Just look, they dont go for that much either.
