okay ready to hear the most lame thing ever? okay you know if you play the ds version of Taiko ...and you get into the "Clear" bar ..well the yellow lief bar meaning YOU WIN if you keep it there....u see those blue/pink tidal waves in the background?
im redrawing those actually in the same colors and its going to be decaled onto my car, also the cherry blossoms you see when you hit 100 combo are also being put onto my car. im just modifying them a lil bit.

the tidal waves will b running across the bottom and up the door in front of the rear wheel.
there will b 2 cherry blosoms together at the back and one at the front (this is all the side of hte car mind you)

lol my license plate is going to say IKU (haha dirty joke..)
and the hood is going to be replaced with a Js racing carbon fibre one that says (KIMOCHI) lol

oh the plushies: i have 2 big ones don and katsu
and small ones on the way to my house of don and katsu !

the car is not a OMFG TAIKO CAR. lol well it was inspired by it, but i really do like those specific cherry blossoms used in the game, AND i liked the tidal waves shown....

Man, I'm planning a Taiko tattoo, but importing the machine? (from your other thread) Damn, you got me beat, haha.

The waves and blossoms idea seems pretty cool, but it'd help maybe to get game screenshots from the PS2 version instead, as it should make it easier to trace and make them bigger in Illustrator or Inkscape without losing quality.

No, there is at least one location in california. Japan Arcade in LA had it when I was there last. It was an older version. TGA is probably the only arcade with an up to date machine.

as for the taiko machine..im paying for myself.

as for the "images" for my car, im redrawing them, im an art student and im heading into one of canada's top art schools, right now im just taking fine art courses in college to make sure im ready
and then im off to EA games for work

when they locate a machine for me and i makes ure i wont run into any "HOW DO I PUT THIS TOGETHER"issues since they said its 90% together nad the manager said hed help me out (the guy whos findin me his supplier) hes gona help me out and order parts if things go wrong.

oncei get it, ill be sure to take pix of it and film and if any1s in my area they're more than welcome to drop by and play

taiko THE REAL MACHINE is far different than the ps2 one..i found in ps2 i had t hit thedrum a bit faster....timing wise..like start a bit faster..where as the arcade the timing was a bit different...but the arcade one tires me out wayyy more.
i dont hav the endurance to do that vs the ps2 one. and its harder to do the streams for me...but ive gained more enduranec lately? ..i just...ahhh im gonna go play tomorrow
