I have a list of "passwords" you can enter as your name in older PS2 versions of Taiko to achieve certains hidden modes (modes that are available freely in the DS versions of Taiko), like 2x/3x/4x speed, hidden notes, master mode (miss a note and fail), etc.

The guy in the video was using the Kanpeki code (SUDDEN DEATH), if you miss a note, you fail.

It's a glitch that involves sudden two players, sudden death, and a song where the 2nd player gets a note first, while the 1st player doesn't.

Yup, it's the code Kanpeki (Perfect).
Technically 1P finished the song without missing any note. But I have no idea where 647% came from. 99999 point is probably the result of 647% hit rate, imagine how much points you'd have with multi-thousand combo.
