I take it I will need a proxy to view the site? I know some country's will not allow IP's that exist outside of their country to view pages on some websites, kind of like what China does with youtube (The Chinese can not go on youtube because people were uploading something the Chinese got angry about or something....) .

This is by far the best Taiko sim I've seen. Its an Ouendan based game, but it has a Taiko mode mod.
