The screen wills spin and battle music will start to play. You and drunk friends will be forced to stand in a line rocking back and forth holding over sized swords. A group of retarded looking monsters will appear and you will take turns hitting each other. When it is all over you will get 648 Gil and a fire ring. Why the 12 foot tall monster with no hands had a fire ring that fits everyone from you to your grandma will still be mystery to man.

i haven't seen it, but I bet it's sexy as hell. *just saw pic* oh, it is! I wish there was more of this game in the states, or even where I am now. It's a fun game, but it does get hard, and my hands hurt more after playing this game than with drummania. But it look sweet, so I must play it! | |

I played it the other day... I wasn't overly impressed with the new stuff to be honest  Give me 7 or 8 any day.

I played it the last time I was in Japan, a few times  to me its a updated version of taiko 8 ac with songs from the nanadaime ps2 release. Also on the 7th ps2 taiko game, it refers to the new taiko 9 game in the arcade lol  I also think japanese people are lazy when they update the arcade game, beucase I seen the new taiko 9 game with just new signs around the original 8 ac setup and with all the 8 signs gone. I could tell because the drums were the same old ones and sometimes they replaced the old drums lol
