First timeI played, almost FC it and then saw 999 on the balloon counter and I almost dropped my controller.

Therefore, NO one in the world... I repeat... NO ONE in the world can FC Rotter Tarmination as they cannot hit all 999 hits for the balloon to pop. Unless you cheat, that is. >_>;;

I don't think the balloon notes count towards the combo, at least from what I can remember. So to some extend it shouldn't be too big of a deal.

Probably some of those really good people in Japan can pop it. How many hits can you get before it doesn't let you to pop it?

Oni for Rotter..it's Hidden Oni that truely spells HARD.
Harder than Kitasaitama!KITASAITAMA!
Only 765 hits for Hidden Oni,but who cares,since the whole
beatmap is scary enough.

Well, there's no hidden Oni for Wii, unfortunately.

If there was, there should be hidden notes for Kikyoku and Yozakura Shanikusai as well.

Places like Toysrus in Star Harbour or some places in Mong Kok should have them in stock.

If not, try going to Wan Chai.

EDIT: I saw the Rotter Tarmination Hidden notes. It's very crazy for a 10 star song, it does not surpass Kita Saitama2000, but they are at the same difficulty, at 10.97 stars each based on my rating.

You may be able to find it in Sham Shui Po too.

I'm not too sure whether you can use the drum in other games others than Taiko Wii...
