FCed 月下美人 (advanced notes) 923320. I played this song for at least 3 hours straight before I can finally get it right. I just keep missing here and there where I'm not supposed to.

FC'd Sparking on Hard, 702830. I had trouble with the unusual rhythm to parts right after the calm beginning and near the end, but I finally got my Full Combo lol.

Also FC'd Sakura Hard 726020. I was having trouble keeping focused while playing it because it was such a mellow song >_<;

Hopefully I'll get good enough to do well on Oni soon. <.<;

Cleared a couple of songs on Oni, BRAND NEW WORLD and the lowest ranking oni song in J-Pop section on Nanadaime. That second song was a full combo, 731740.

I also cleared all the towers except one on the easy Taiko Land mode thing, since I can't even get through the second space on the hard one.

Yano, it's kinda funny, I can easily clear every song on Hard excluding kitasaitama2000, but I can barely clear 5 star songs on oni... I mean, yeah I know that the star ratings are scaled to each difficulty level, but still. It's kinda depressing...

It's not just that. Remember that the spirit gauge is different for each difficulty. Oni's has the highest minimum to pass, as well as the fact that you HAVE to be more accurate in order to get it filled. There are countless videos of people doing Good Attacks in order to full combo the song and still fail since the gauge never filled up all the way.

Yeah, I noticed this. Unfortunately, I'm not that accurate in the first place (in terms of actually hitting the notes) and my Tatakon is kind of finicky with registering hits, although I can get the timing within a reasonable range. I seem to have trouble with patterns that I can't put together into the expected sound very easily. Like, I was playing Bon Voyage on Sandaime on hard, and until I put together the expected sound in my head, I failed miserably on the chorus. This may be part of my problem with oni charts. Some make musical sense in my mind and some don't, and that messes me up.

*shrug* It doesn't matter, Taiko is fun so I'll keep at it. Although I do wish I didn't have to duct tape my tatakon to the table to be able to play without it slowly sliding off the table lol

MWAHAHAA....okay most of these i believe are NOT FC scores, but i could FC if the damn drums would stop being half retarded.
....Espot 1p drum the blue on the right either DOES NOT READ or it suddenly counts it as left AND right one after the other super fast (which makes SONG SCROLLING AN ISSUE) it only happens it seems after you're into the first song and nearly done, then it gets worse and worse.

2p drum the right side of the red doesnt work half of the time either ..that is also frustrating plus there's a ..dent in the drum if u run ur stick around the center, ull feel it go in suddenly D:

the highscore for koibumi2000 ...ive now..survived it on ONI..now i have to get it done D: .....and ...ill totally learn carnivorous carnival..my taiko partner does that one 2x speed on oni and almost FCs it..butu know that effing drum is always screwed up -_-; .......if only they'd just order a NEW ONE since thats how u actually fix them..
new drum...then u order the piece that holds it too unfortunately...then itd all be great...like 2000$ later...but my scores here are just MUZUKASHI for now, i havent broken any oni records on our machine.
but i can get over 800,000 on a lot of the 9 star songs, just no FC..i only record now if i FC on oni ..except for koibumi..i wasnt expecting to survive it...barely lol (youtube: Sacherz) koibumi is being uploaded right now.

well Ridge Racer is a little bit easy for a 10 star song ... (for me) because, in every 10 Star Songs, i never get a +500 combo. Only 100~150 combo... (In 恋文 2000 i reached something like 300 combo i think, i don't know yet, because I'm not at home now). But it's a bit strange: Ridge Racer Hard on Oni are the same, aren't they?
Do-Dai and バンビーニ are my favorite songs, so I practice a lot to get a Full Combo .
