Episode 01: Begin Part 1
S.P.D. scientists are working very hard to revive Master Sergeant Akado "Adam" Yamada, also known as DekaBlack. He was killed in action after he rescued the hostages in an abandoned warehouse a year ago.
"So, how is the progress so far?" a commanding officer of S.P.D. Mars asked one of the scientists.
"Good. It has been days to reconstruct his body. His skeleton has been fused with a type of Deka-Metal."
"What about his organs?"
"Don't worry. We will configure him to be just like a normal human. But we will definitely make him more efficient."
"His memories?"
"Sir, we could not format his brain. His data is much too strong to be wiped out."
"Let me see."
Then, Professor Adrian Lee showed the commanding officer the monitor screen and Akado.
"Ah yes. Glad you could make it. I was about to show you what is going on with him." He points at Akado.
"You see, we have been able to get his main functions working. However, we cannot delete his entire memories."
"And why is that?"
"I don't know. Whatever it is, he might still be alive. In here." Prof. Lee then points his finger at his own head.
"I see. Carry on. I hope he is fine. He might assume that today is the next day of that incident. Anyway, please try your best."
"Thank you, sir."
The commanding officer left the operation theater and immediately went to the command center.
Later that night, the operation theater was empty. There were no personnel on that site. No one, except Akado.
He laid in the cryogenic chamber, not moving an inch.
However, his brain and heart had some activity going on.
The monitor screen displayed weird images on it. It looks like Akado is having a flashback of that incident:
"Diane, stop this! You are a good person. NOT a criminal!"
"No. Because of you, my parents were deleted!"
"They were commiting a crime. I had no choice."
"So, now. I'm looking for justice. First, I have to kill you."
"Are you sure? OK. If you hate me, JUST KILL ME!"
Diane hesitated. She knew that Akado loved her. Diane also felt that way about Akado. However, she had to do what she thought was right.
She stabbed Akado into his heart. Blood was dripping out from his chest and then he fell to his demise.
Suddenly, Akado woke up, smashing the door of the cryogenic chamber.
BAM! He went out of the operating theater, with just a towel covering him.
Then, he sneaked in to his former dormitory, taking his clothing, his Katana and his Dual M9 Beretta and ammunition.
He knew he had to get out of Mars DekaBase. So, using his Ninjitsu skills, he rushed out of one of the glass windows and then left the DekaBase.
The next day, when the scientists was about to check on Akado, they were shocked to see such a mess! The cryogenic chamber was taken apart. The scientists the notified the commanding officer straight away.
"WHAT?!" Colonel Rocky Vohres blasted those words to the scientists. "HOW DID HE RUN AWAY?!"
"I don't know, sir. When we arrived, it was in a complete mess!"
"Never mind. I'll call in the Master Squadron to handle this."
And then, Colonel Vohres summoned the Master Squadron to the command center.
At the command center, Colonel Vohres gave a briefing to the Master Squadron.
"Attention, Master Squadron. Your mission is simple. Bring back our fellow personnel to return here. Is that understood?"
"But who is he?" Ivan asked Colonel Vohres.
"He will be your Lieutenant. If he chooses to accept it, that is."
"I mean what's his name?" Erica asked Colonel Vohres.
"He is Akado "Adam" Yamada. Formerly known as DekaBlack and was a Master Sergeant of S.P.D."
"I see. So do you have his photo?" Wendy asked Colonel Vohres, shyly.
"Indeed, I do." Pointing to the monitor screen. "Here you go."
"Man, he looks like a crook!" Scott exclaimed.
"Oi! Quiet down and get to work! Remember, bring him here alive and well."
"Roger!"
So, the Master Squadron immediately went into action!
In the city slums, Akado was having problems of his own.
"Hey, you! What's your problem?" A thug came and harrased Akado.
"Please. I'm not in the mood, OK?"
"But I AM in the mood for you!"
The thug came and gave Akado a good ol' walloping. However, he soon realised that he was messing with the wrong type of guy.
"You were saying?" Akado unsheathed his Katana and point directly at the thug's neck.
"AHH! Please don't kill me. I need money!"
"Then go get a job or something. Here, take this 1000 Mars Credits and get out of here!"
The thug then ran away from Akado.
Haiz... I wonder why the streets became so dangerous while I was gone. Akado thought to himself.
While Akado was walking to the marketplace, the Master Squadron came and stop him.
"Freeze! S.P.D.!"
"What do you want, now?" Akado asked in a rude manner.
"Sir, please return to headquarters. We need you." Wendy implored Akado.
"I didn't recall having a squadron with such misfits in my entire life."
"What? What did you say? I'll show you who is the misfit around here!" Ivan was annoyed by Akado's words. So, Ivan grabbed Akado and did a Bear Hug on him.
However, Akado, using one of his Ninjitsu skills, burned down Ivan's upper uniform.
"What the hell? That's cheating!"
"So do you, Master Tenchi!"
"GAH! I am no longer a wrestler! I am a police officer! I am S.P.D.!!!"
"If you are, then show me what you've got!"
Akado and Ivan had a big brawl. It was like watching MPW (Mars Pro Wrestling) on Live!
Tables were broken. Stalls were ruined. And chairs are flying all over the place!
"Man, this is interesting. Hey, Scott! Get a popcorn!" Robert was really enjoying himself.
"Go get it yourself! I'm going in!" Scott then assisted Ivan to bring Akado down.
Scott then aimed his taser gun at Akado. And then, he fired a shot at Akado.
But before the taser wire could land on Akado, he moved away from it and then, dragged Ivan into its target range, causing Ivan to be electrocuted.
"Ivan! I'm sorry!"
"Never mind, Scott. Hey, Robert! Get him!!"
Robert then calculated the co-ordinates.
"You see, in order to attack him, you have got to use mind games."
"What the hell is that? English, please!" Erica scratched her head.
"I said I need to talk a way to him."
"OK. but I doubt it will work." Wendy was feeling skeptical.
"That is why you ladies should talk to him."
Then the ladies talked to Akado.
"Sir, please stop this. Otherwise, you will face my butt-whooping."
"Alright. Maybe not."
Akado then uses his Ninjitsu skills to escape from the area.
So, the Master Squadron came back to the command center, empty-handed.
At the command center, Colonel Vohres reprimanded the lot.
"What was that?! Five people cannot capture ONE person? I'm very disappointed."
"But he has magic!" Ivan said it with sarcasm.
"Hmmm. I'll talk to Prof. Lee and get to the bottom of this."
After that, Colonel Vohres rushed to the S.P.D. laboratory.
At the S.P.D. laboratory, Prof. Lee was testing the new equipment. But was gladly interrupted by the Colonel.
"Adrian, how did Akado get so powerful?"
"You see, Colonel. He still has his skills intact. We are merely giving him a boost."
"I see. Thanks, Adrian. Carry on with your research."
When Colonel Vohres came back to the command center, nobody was there. Only that there was an annoying sound of the siren.
Colonel Vohres checked the monitor screen. It appears that there is trouble downtown. No wonder the Master Squadron rushed to the scene.
At the downtown district, the Master Squadron met Akado again.
"What did you do now?"
"I was about to get answers from this low-life when you goons show up."
"Goons, you say? I'll get you!"
Ivan then choked Akado.
The thug that Akado handled earlier escaped and then send out Anaroids to the scene.
"Oh man! We've got company! Never mind. I'll handle you later."
Ivan then let go of Akado.
The Master Squadron was in a tight spot.
"Alright. This is it. The third time that we have to handle them."
"So? What about the Lieutenant?"
"I'll contact the Colonel and see what he can do."
Robert then left the scene to phone Colonel Vohres.
Then, what about the rest? They are still struggling to fight off the Anaroids. Will they survive?
