In other news:

• I finished the high-scoring set for Heartbeat today, which also marks the second time I've finished CoS TP. I've hit the point where I need to Cool attack on Remember too, or else I'll get Area 7. I need to get better at cool attacking, though. I get too many breaks trying.
• Got to Son of Sun on Customizer for the first time.

My suggestion is do ur cool attack on melody. Remember is one of the highest scores on the heartbeat set so u wanna try to full combo or S remember. Blythe also has more points then Melody, so melody is the right song to cool attack if possible...

Then again I forgot is last dance or Melody score more? with cool attack?

which made me ask: in your opinion, which is harder? Area 7 TP or CoS TP?

i find Area 7's repeat + normal note combinations more manageable (and fun) than CoS so i think Area 7 is easier. anyway, how about you?

Ah, okay, thanks. That's good to know. I chose Remember to Cool attack since it's a lot easier for me, but I never knew the dynamics behind all of it.

whichever has the less number of holds in it because cool attacking holds will just hurt your score since holds count as a single note even if you can get many combos out of it.

You mean me? I used to find it harder, but ever since a couple days ago I've found Area 7 to be much easier. And I find it a really fun chart now too, all except for the part where it switches from doing the lead synth in purples to reds. I still have to blunder my way through that part. If the glitch weren't there for CoS, though, they'd probably be pretty even.

Theoretically, if you want to get the highest score possible while cool attacking, you should finish it before the combos hit 50.
If you didn't finish by that time, cool attack again at the next song (still before 50)

But who the hell cares.

I'm not sure I follow you. By "finish it", do you mean getting 49 Cools in the set & the rest Max will get you CoS?

After month's of playing of finally reached Electronics for the Electro EP boss stage. Beat it the first time around, really fun song. Also Lover TP kicked my butt on those purple/pink notes.

BotW rekindled my hype for Technika in more ways than one, so I played a bit today inbetween classes.

- 3 breaks Shoreline TP
- 1 break Y TP <- OH MY GOD
- 7 breaks Son of Sun TP (guess where the majority of those breaks were)
